Comments:
Ran with armando from j$ house. Baby jamie biked with us to the hill. Felt good during the warmup, the hill workout was pretty intense it was heavy on the legs. And i felt great on the cooldown. I am icing my shins and ankle again tonight since it was slightly bothering me today
