Felt pretty sore upon getting up this morning - soreness seemed to go away somewhat during the run, ran another acceleration run without really trying to. Feeling good about my first 40-mile week and topping 150 miles for the month. 8:28, 8:00, 7:59, 7:40, 3:24 (7:36).
