Comments:
long run with chris. out shaker w to the traffic circle just past 271, then gates mills to the fairmount traffic circle and back shaker e. great weather, and i felt good too, except for some chafing. there was a nice drizzle when we were on gates mills, and a breeze for the rest of the time. ~6:45 on the way out, then picked it up on the way back. close to 6 for some of it. very tired by the end. a good long run.
