Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had to run at 9:30 pm because I had so much to do on Wednesday. campus loop from Old Kenyon to warmup. Stretch, strides, 1600, 1400, 800 with 1 min recovery. 5:02, 4:30, 2:31. Campus loop back to Old Kenyon for a cooldown The 1400 wasn't very good, but I am glad I got an effort in with how busy I was. Slower than Kaleb's times but what can you do.
