Night Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

1st long run that I am actually pleased with. I didn't even feel that tired when I was done. Dropped the pace to around 6:30 for the last 5 miles. Hopefully an 18 miler next weekend.

Only problem is my feet. They keep rubbing strangely against my socks and I needed to stop several times to adjust them.
