Comments:
Ran with kevin up to the seven mile mark then he turned around and i ran alone for the rest of the run. Felt pretty good no real shin pain but i did have a bit of discomfort in my right hamstring. My splits are off for the first mile since i actually ran 1.5 miles. Splits: 12:05, 8:18, 7:36, 7:40, 7:25, 7:20, 7:34, 7:20, 7:24, 7:49. Did strides afterward. 6x100 barefoot.
