northpark loop with megan and anna. still tired from yesterday.

barefoots on roxboro football field. the grass there is very very rough on your feet.

accelerations on the track. 3 by halfway around with easy halves in between. pretty sure that's a 320-meter track.

I'm pretty tired and wrecked. will see how I feel tomorrow.
