Comments:
ran 9 miles with mando and jamison. felt pretty good actually not a lot of shin pain or soreness anywhere. but it was pretty damn hot out. the first mile split is off bc we had to go a different route bc of lolla. splits: 9:40, 7:47, 7:22, 7:25, 7:21, 7:32, 7:32, 7:30, 7:49. did strides afterwards
