Notice the pace-HR relationship today. You can once again see my aerobic threshold--where my HR actually drops after about 5-10 minutes in the aerobic threshold zone. You also can see that my aerobic threshold was around 6:50 today, while sometimes it is 6:40 or even 6:35. This may be due to fatigue accumulated earlier in the week, starting a little quicker than normal, the weather, some other factors, of all of the above.
