Back to it! Ran around what I am calling "the loop", which is just the 2 streets in my subdivision. They are hilly. I felt good. My hip/back injury was getting a little stiff and irritated for a minute there so I eased up on the speed and tried to keep a good posture with good movement. Later on I was really tired, but not sore. My shoes were outstanding! I feel better and I'm glad I went for a run!
