Comments:
so today i took my run as a good way to break in my new shoes because i could only run on pavement. i felt good untill like 3 minutes in my left knee started to hurt so i just slowed down a bit and built my pace back up. then at 2 miles my knees started to hurt again so i slowed my pace just a little bit and tried ignore it and in like 3 or 4 minutes it felt better. so overall it was a good run. O YA i almost forgot, so what i thought was shin splints was actually my calf muscle but with my new shoes they are better. follow me on twitter @_katieruns .
