YAY!! Finally got off my lazy but and did some core! Kind have skipped a few core workouts this week so felt good to get back at it.
Abs: 250 (randomabs.com, elevated crunches, double crunches, reverse crunches, Russian twists, ect.)
Arms: 100 (felt like a beast, I do my pushups in reps of 10 and noticed that just doing 10 is no longer hard. YAY)
Legs: 228 (squats, one legged squats, heel raises, one leg heel raises, ect.)
Jumping Jacks: 250
Really noticed an improvement in my fitness today which was a really nice reward. Getting back in shape is so awesome.. <3
