I did a cardio kickboxing class for 45 minutes today with my lab partner Betsy--it definitely kicked my butt (no pun intended)
I dont know. I've definitely been feeling pretty down lately about my running agenda. I've been trying really hard to be consistent but I just havent been able to keep it up and I find it harder and harder to make myself go out on these runs alone day after day.
Im mostly just missing the feeling of having company on a run I think, and hopefully when I get back It'll be easier to adjust, but after a month and a half here I really do need get out
