Comments:
First run after 3-days off, due to blister and me wanting it to heal properly. Legs felt really quick, and strong. They seemed to propel me. My HR was quirky however. It seemed to be beating excessively hard, my pulse felt really fast, yet I didnt seem to be making a great effort. My muscles felt ready to go, but my breathing, and heart rate felt really out of breath and fast, yet it didnt feel as it would if I were out of shape..
