Comments:
did 4 miles with everyone in the morning. trail was just crazy actually really liked it though it was something new.
later did 1.5 warm up followed by 3 mile threshold.then did .5 with 400 meter jog plus 100 meter stride intervals back. then did a 1.5 cooldown. everything went pretty well.
