Weather: warm and sunny, a lil humid
Comments:
Started with an 8 minute warm up. Did two sets, first set was 2 x 2 minute on with one minute rest, 3 x 1 minute on 1min rest, 3 x 30 sec on 1 min rest. Second set was 1 2-min on, 1 1-min on, 1 30-sec on with 1 min rest between. 1 mile cool down. Max pace 4:50. Did pretty good considering at this point in my training 6 miles is a long run distance.
