Exercise Type: Run

Long day at school/work and frustration keeps building. That made it easy to get out the door. What a great outlet running is. Decided to do a short progression run. I ran 3, 15 minute segments, picking up the pace each time. First 1/3 at normal pace (7:15ish), 2/3 a bit faster, and final 3rd pretty fast. Very pleased with how easily I can increase paces and happy with this run.
