Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran with Ryan, Doran, Kisley, Ben, and Ricky. Had some pretty bad stretches where I was feeling thirsty and struggled but I got through it. We finished with an 8 minute mile around campus so the pace was more like 6:40 for most of the run. Had a few smallish hills that hurt me. I gotta get used to the heat and hydrate more. Legs felt fine.
