TEAM C WINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we kicked ass. there was no competition at all for first place. except for the team that we "tied" and the team that was close behind. felt better than usual for running at the farm, probably because we went slow at the beginning. felt strong picking it up in the last mile, and finished well--didn't let phil pass me. maybe take off 10 seconds per mile for sudeck and close in a solid last km and maybe go sub-20. with good weather, it's def possible.
got in a few miles cooldown and some steeple practice. got the toe taped-- felt good and it's definitely improving.
did a few abs while eating and stretching.
