Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1rst 1/2 mile warmup, 2nd 1/2 mile, slightly faster, 1 mile hard, next 1/2 mile slightly slower, last 1/2 mile cool down pace. Basically I started at a warmup pace and slowly sped up to a peak time at the end of the 2nd mile then slowly coming back down. Hit a fun wall called queasy after the 2nd mile, which is why I don’t like running so soon after dinner. But overall a good run! :)
