3 miles supposed to be at 7:15-7:35. Took the first but a little too fast but then mostly stayed on 7:15-20 pace for the rest. 7:05/7:20/7:13
I saw a deer!
3x300 striders then a lap cool down cause I didn't want to do more than 6 miles and my butt/hip was bugging me a lot. Hopefully it feels better tomorrow and I can get an ice bath in.
