My legs were still dead from the day before, and I knew from the first rep that this was going to be a tough one. My breathing was fine throughout, I was almost conversational at times, but my legs simply couldn't move any faster- especially after the first two hilly parts. My pace slowed a bunch at the end. Foam rolled after, hopefully take the next two days easy as BALLZ.
