sycamore meet. felt pretty good the first half of the race then i took a pretty nasty fall a little before the 1.5 mile mark and twisted my left ankle. it fucking hurts like a B. after that fall everything went down hill. i could feel every step, and i pretty much got slower and slower. i don't even know my time. i only went 8 min for the cool down too bc it hurt so bad
