Weather: drizzling but comfortable

Comments:
Did the last workout before Heps with Donn, Joe and Cameron. Did a two mile warmup, then did 4x800 followed by 3x300. Felt like absolute crap going into this workout but felt alright once it got started. The two mile tempo at the beginning was very controlled and felt fine. The 800s were very controlled but my stride felt short and constricted because of soreness. The 300s felt great. We accelerated every 100 meters. Felt horrible on the cooldown.
