Cruise intervals 3+1 felt really good. My ankle was still bothering me but finishing the workout wasnt a problem. Ran with johnny for the entire workout except for the plus one which we took it out seperately. My pace was 6:09. And i hit 6:10, 6:08, 6:07. And i hit 5:04 on my last one
