Druid Threshold-y Workout

Weather: Muggy and Rainy

Comments:
Felt weird and tight before the workout, and it showed during the workout. It felt a bit faster than threshold pace, even though it probably wasn't, and my legs felt super tight in the last rep when I tried to stay with the Sharkman. Hips are still a bit tight and achilles (L) was a bit sore, but no significant pain which was good. Going to try to see if I can take an off-day today.
