Comments:
This workout was okay. Was with Kaylin and Becca. Pace was 50-49, then 47. Can't remember all splits but was on for the most part except slow on the first. All out was 36. That stupid upper left thigh thing was kind of an 'itch. I took something before so I wasn't as bad but it still hurts. Makes me feel like I can't pick up my knees. They have kind of been sore lately. Myrtle, LM, CR.
