run w/ hill sprints

Comments:
ran 45 mins, then did 8x15 sec hill sprints up the big paved hill on the side of gilman. felt good during this run...a little tired on the way back but thats to be expected after hill sprints. during the day before practice and now after practice my right hip flexor/inner thigh/high it band is very sore and just achey...trying to stretch and roll it out a lot. did 15 mins of abs after in weight room
