hill sprints

Weather: hot and humid again

Comments:
51 minutes moderate, 8x15s hill sprints on Gilman (which took about 14 minutes including the slow jogging rest) then 12 minutes easy back. legs felt very stiff at the beginning, felt looser and stronger on the hills, but hip flexors got tired at the end of each rep.
