forgot to post this run. Congratulations on your first race back. It sounds like a great event. I think buffalo needs a race like that.
Todays run was a 1 mile warmup and 1 mile cooldown with 6 miles at 8:00 min pace. Stopped twice during the tempo to blow my nose. Guinness participated in the warm and cool portions.
