Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
...at least the first part :P we went around the first lake.
then went upstairs, mapped out the rest of what I wanted to do, and laid down for half an hour or so before convincing myself to go keep running.
went coventry road down to the cemetery and ran around in there for awhile. It was actually a beautiful morning and it was very pleasant in the cemetery. then down euclid and back up adelbert.
very tired on parts of this run. stopped in the cemetery once just to stretch out and catch my breath.
groin still bugging me a lot. going to go talk to jess tomorrow.
abs and hips and minimal stretching afterward. I think the stretching is just further irritating my groin.
