Weather: sunny but cool

Comments:
This run was okay overall. The first four miles were awful though. My groin thing hurt so bad it was like a 7 out of 10. But after a while it felt bearable. Then it was like a 4. Myrtle, LC2, 100-UP. I did ice last night and all that good stuff. I was seriously at like turtle pace the beginning of the run every stride was awful.
