Comments:
Coach wanted me to do 50% onland 50% off today because of my ankle. I was gonna go out and do 8 with the MDs, but once I was 4 miles out on the canal I decided my foot felt ok and I did an extra mile out. When we got back to Taylor, I did stationary bike pretty hard for 25 minutes, and then 10 minutes of pool running. I'd say this probably counts for 5 miles of running but I'm only gonna count real miles
