Comments:
Probably went out too fast on the first one, and didn't stay as within myself as I should have. I think the adrenaline rush was a contributing factor, but in the future I plan to be a little more cautious. Other than feeling sick all day, I actually felt pretty good during the run. For some reason, I feel less sick when I run. Go figure.
