what the heck is bounding???

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
so we went to the meadow today and did some loops with some hills. I was in the second group and did 6 loops. we were supposed to bound halfway up the long hill, then run hard, then run kind of hard down, then hard up the short hill, then down, then sprint on the flat part. it was tons of fun. we lifted and did abs too. good time.

before the run we almost got mauled by a vicious dog who just wanted to play. then Evy and I nature peed but it wasn't really in nature. I felt very exposed and almost peed on myself but didn't so that's good.
