Comments:
4 mile warm up, then 3x400 w/ 90 seconds rest in 66, 65, 68. Felt so burnt out. 7:00 pace felt like a steady state. Stopped after struggling to a 68 on the 3rd 400. Gonna take the next couple days really easy
