Comments:
Warmup with J girls. Cooldown with Gaby and a little bit Daisy. Workout with Gaby, Daisy, Jen and Julia, except for I did my all out separately from them. It was 8x300m picking up a second faster for each pair. I felt good and strong throughout this workout.
