Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran with phil and aaron. don't usually run at this time on thursday, but it was nice. we did phil's perfect 8 miler, which was closer to 9, and then i did a few striders. stretched quickly, showered, and went to class.
also swam later. 16 laps, 6 strokes/breath, 4 back kick, 2 underwater. feeling a lot better.
icebathed after swimming.
