Weather: ~65 degrees, Nice

Comments:
First college 8k today. Didn't run in my racing spikes today, since jogging around in them felt kind of sketchy on my ankle. But, Ben's ankle brace definitely helped, and so my ankle didn't bother me at all during the race. My knee is kind of stiff now, but with a day off, I should be ok. As for the race itself, I competed as best as I could, but it was really easy for me to get inside my own head, in good and bad ways. Once I started thinking of it as just big hill repeats, it got way better. My time isn't what it can be, but I'm still coming back, fighting with my body every step of the way.
