Weather: ~70 degrees, Nice
Comments:
Did different hills than everyone else today. Instead of the second, steeper bit, I went for a longer, but flatter loop around the meadow. I still made sure to get a second hill on the second loop, but I just did a less steep one. Otherwise, the hills felt fine. Just the cooldown made my knee start to ache again. So, I decided to play it safe, and only did upper body lifting.
Side note, the ice bath was wayyyy colder than usual today. Could barely walk afterward.
