Hill Workout

Comments:
Today's hill workout killed me. I don't know if it was the fact that I have not been getting enough sleep or that today was pretty draining but I was exhausted after the hill repeats. I also think that I took the first two repeats too fast. My heart rate was around 160 bpm when I was done which isn't too high. The strength workout was good and abs were fun. Soon I'll accomplish my goal of sexy abs! I can't wait!
