well thought I ran 6 miles but map my run says it was 6.4 so I'll take it. so 6.4 miles in 45:40 ...did some math just now and holy cocksucker that was 7:08 pace overall, got my big ass movin' today.

Let's see, felt pretty relaxed the whole way, realized I was putting in some effort during the last mile or so but wasn't really breathing that hard, my arms/shoulders felt really sore and tired. It's hard to move those things when you're such a goddamn tank.

Kinda had the same feeling in my legs as the homecoming race last year. Felt tired, breathing kinda hard but legs didn't want to go any faster. is all good though brah, on to doubling tomorrow because it's ten mile Tuesday 7+3 all got damn day.

One last thing, this reminds me of looking at my log last year where every other day seemed to be easy or hard. Yesterday I managed to hit sub 7:30 for just 1 mile of my run and that felt kinda rough but today I was nearly sub 7 for the entire 2nd half of my run.
