8 x 400m at 2 mile pace, supposed to go 72s, ended up running 74, 70, then a bunch of 70-71s, did the last 2 just on feel, hit 68 and 72, felt pretty relaxed the whole way and felt alright even though i was kinda tired going in, good pace workout overall
