Comments:
Ran 16 X 400s with 200m jogs in between
1-8 were :86 avg
9-16 were :84 avg
Jogs were slow so that total 600m was about 2:45
Good workout but did not push too hard
Food: Ate a bagel with cream cheese and nutrigrain bar about 3 hrs beforehand - small side stitch in 2nd half of last 4 intervals
