Workout did 1.25 mile warmup 1.5 mile cooldown. Felt shitty during the first three 1000s but felt fine on the last three. Ran the workout a bit behind that pack of lorden mando johnny and kevin. No really much of any pain in my lega except for a bit in my left ankle.
