Comments:
5xmile with 3:30 wogging rest. 5:14, 5:08, 5:01, 4:54, 4:49.
didn't sleep much last night, so was a bit tired. focused on staying relaxed through the 3rd set to work on running fast and relaxed in races, which i haven't been doing so well. then put in effort on the next two. missed 6 seconds on the last one so couldn't do 6, but still got a good workout.
