Comments:
Ok today. Made to MLK just in time to start the tempo, and get ribbed for not having the right shirt. Oh well. The tempo could have been faster, but I did end up finishing quicker than last week without feeling significantly harder. The accelerations also felt fine, it always feels nice to let some speed out. The only weird thing is that my knee only seems to bother me on the cool down/slower parts of the workout. So with that, I played it safe, and avoided lifting that involved my knee, and just did upper body stuff. Ice bath too.
