Comments:
16 minute warmup, then a 6:32 mile on the track, 5 minute jog up to the strawberry field, did 3x1200 repeats 4:38, 4:38, 4:43 (3:30 rest inbetween)...then did an 800 in 3:08...8 minute cool down
