530s the first two( felt terrible), then i went w/ chris/ethan/david group- 505 3rd mile, 525 4th mile, 505 5th mile.

if my race felt as bad as i did for the first 2 miles i woulda been like fuck this shit!
I didnt feel spectacular today even though i was able to go quick, so i learned that i can push myself hard even if i dont feel magical. reinforcing what i learned at calvin
