Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
No idea on the time, but I think I can list some pros and cons;
Pros-
-I had a good kick
-I wasn't too late
-I guess I got more sleep?
Cons-
-iOS 6 ruined my alarm and my coach woke me up
-Getting up late meant I ate much later and less well.
-I didn't feel well throughout the middle to second half of the race.
